Planned and executed overhaul of illness signal generation pipeline (using data from smart thermometer and accompanying health app), yielding 100+ new illness signals (up from 5). These signals drove all customer-facing products, including illness forecasts, direct-to-consumer illness guidance, alerting, and media targeting - Created custom sales demand nowcasts and forecasts for B2B customers (e.g. makers of cough and cold medicine), improving both short- and long-term planning (e.g. supply chain, predicting out of stocks) - Helped set quarterly data science priorities/goals
