City of Miami: eBuilder Process Development & Management (Broward County, FL): Mr. Haggerty was accredited in the Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) Software eBuilder Certification Partner Program. This allowed him to working with executive leadership in Broward County, Florida, to modernize the Invoicing and Change Management systems to industry standards for the Capital Construction & Renovations Project the county is undergoing.
