Introduction
This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of NinjaHire's AI recruiting platform and related services.
Scope of Services
NinjaHire provides AI-powered recruiting automation services including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, and workflow management.
Service Level Agreement
NinjaHire commits to maintaining 99.9% uptime for core services, excluding scheduled maintenance windows.
Fees and Payment
Fees are as specified in the applicable Order Form. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged under this Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
